We are pleased to announce that delivery at Cesare Pompanon is completely free for all your orders, whether in France or internationally (excluding customs fees).
Regarding delivery in Metropolitan France, you have the choice between two delivery options: standard delivery by UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days, or hand delivery in the areas of Lyon and its surroundings (1 to 3 working days), as well as Paris and its surroundings (2 to 7 working days).
Regarding delivery outside Metropolitan France, you will be delivered by UPS with a time varying depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are calculated from the dispatch of your order and that you will have your tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that you have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a refund, as well as 30 days to request an exchange.
We also offer you the possibility to return your item free of charge.
